Newport County make Nathan Moriah-welsh their 9th signing of the summer. The Guyana international joins Newport on a season long loan from Premier League side Bournemouth.
Nathan started his youth career at Chelsea before moving to Reading and then he joined his current side Bournemouth back in 2019. He made his debut last season for Bournmouth in the Fa Cup 3rd round against Yeovil
Having been born in England he had the options of representing either England, Guyana or Grenada at international level but he chose Guyana and made his debut for them on the 30th march 2021 in a 4-0 win over The Bahamas. He has made 8 apperences for the Golden Jaguars
On the signing of Nathan, James Rowberry said “I'd like to welcome Nathan to our club, I’m really pleased that we can add another midfield player to our ranks, he brings energy athleticism and good ball playing qualities to that department. I'd like to thank Bournemouth in their trust in allowing Nathan to come and join us.”
Welcome Nathan
